Our Mission
Sawyers Global Solutions Limited exists to solve the WOME competence gap created by NATO’s reduction in Ammunition Technician training capacity. We provide tailored functional competence training, procurement assessment, and strategic consultancy to defence organisations.
Our purpose is simple: ensure organisations understand the WOME discipline, meet ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7.2 requirements, and procure defence equipment with technical authority and confidence.
Founded in April 2025 by Steven Sawyers MIExpE VR, SGS draws on 12+ years of operational experience in NATO procurement, ammunition logistics, and defence supply chain management.
